An airport transport website with online reservations, card payments and booking emails for customers and the business owner.
Project Overview
I built the Entourage Transports website to help travellers arrange airport transfers between Northwest Indiana and Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway airports. Customers can choose their route, check the fare, enter trip details and book online. The booking system supports card payments and sends booking details to both the customer and the business owner.

01 · The Challenge
What needed to change?
The business needed more than service pages. Customers needed a clear way to choose an airport transfer, understand the price and make a reservation. The owner also needed the trip details in one place when a booking came in.
02 · The Approach
How I built it
I connected the route and fare selector to a booking form, payment options and automatic email notifications. I also built service-area pages and clear mobile contact options, so visitors could find the right route and take the next step.
About This Project
The website brings route information, reservations, payment options and booking emails into one customer journey. This case study describes the delivered features. No traffic, revenue or booking-growth figures are claimed.
