Website information
Privacy Policy
How I handle information you share when you contact me or discuss a project.
Information you share
When you contact me, you may share your name, email address, project requirements, budget, links or other information you choose to provide. You may also send project files, branding and contact details when we work together. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information in your first message.
How your inquiry is sent
The website prepares an email draft for you to send using your own email app. You may also choose to copy the details or open a WhatsApp draft. Preparing a draft does not send it automatically. Your email provider or WhatsApp handles information you choose to send through its service.
How I use information
I use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements, prepare a demo, deliver agreed work and help with later updates or support.
How long I keep it
I generally keep inquiries that do not become projects for up to six months. For completed projects, I generally keep relevant client and project details for about one year after handover to help with follow-up work and support. Some information may need to be kept longer where applicable obligations require it.
Free demos and portfolio work
A free homepage demo may use details you provide for that demo. If you decide not to proceed, I remove your details from the demo at that time. I may keep an anonymized version for my portfolio. I may also show public websites I have worked on, while keeping private client information and project details out of the case study, subject to any agreed confidentiality restrictions.
Service providers and sharing
I do not share your personal client information with other people for their own purposes. Website hosting, email and WhatsApp providers may process information needed to provide their services. If you request delivery through Google Drive, GitHub or another service, that service handles the information you choose to receive there under its own terms.
Your requests
You can ask me to access, correct or delete information you have sent me by emailing the address below. I will review your request and respond, taking account of any applicable obligations and information I need to verify the request.
Website analytics
Analytics may be added in the future. If that happens, this policy will be updated to describe the tools and how information is used.
Other websites
Project demos and social links take you to other websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
